Prayer Painting Instructions
Welcome to prayer painting! I'm so very glad you've found your way here. I've created a series of videos for you to move through the prayer painting practice - I hope you'll find it easy to follow. Prayer painting is for everyone - there's no special talent needed, just a willingness to get your hands painty and be with Jesus.
You'll begin with the welcome video and move on from there. I'd encourage you to go through each of the videos in order, pause whenever you need to, and feel free to "waste time" with Jesus.

Supplies
Paint, glue, and a list of all the things you'll need for prayer painting can be found here. Look over the list and watch the video to get an idea of what you'll need before you head to the store and begin. Lots of things can be found around the house, too!

Prayer Painting Techniques:
Part 1
Here's part one of the prayer painting techniques. They're divided up into two parts to help make the process more manageable. Spend as much time here as you would like. Before you move on to part 2 just make sure your whole canvas has a few layers on it and there's no white canvas showing through. Relax, let go and just have fun without thinking too much.
