I'm finding freedom in spiritual, emotional, physical and mental areas of my life and it's so amazing that I just couldn't keep it to myself.

I'm a wife-mom-spiritual director who is passionate about loving people and being a peacemaker. I'm passionate about the "whole" person and how that it is interwoven physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

 

​I stumbled across Spiritual Direction in a years long journey to figure out what I wanted to be when I "grew up" and it's exactly what I was meant to do at this point in my life.

As I make my own "slow journey" I discover more of who I am and unlearn that which I am not. Photography is just one way that I learn from the world around me. I also enjoy writing, poetry, refinishing furniture, being crafty, singing, playing the guitar, reading and hanging out with people from other places. ​
