Join us for an overview of the enneagram as we get to know this helpful tool together. Whether it’s curiosity or you’re looking for a resource to further your own inner journey, this workshop will explore:
- A brief history and some guidelines on using the enneagram
- Overview of the parts of the enneagram and each of the personality types
- Ways to discover which number resonates with you in your journey
- How this tool can be helpful in your own life
- Next steps: continued learning resources, one-on-one discovery opportunities
- Time for questions and sharing

Prayer Painting Workshop - IN PERSON

Explore prayer and painting in a process of noticing and letting go of expectations. A painting experience that requires no skill, with no agenda and no set outcome. Maybe the canvas is a place to voice a longing or word that has been placed before you. Or maybe it will be a visual reminder of the process of noticing and finding freedom. A place to let go and get our hands paint-y as we acknowledge the invitation from God being placed before us through listening and the practice of visio divina or sacred seeing.

PRAYER PAINTING - ONLINE!

Just like the in-person classes, but go at your own pace in your own home. You'll have to purchase your own supplies for this class, but a list is provided for you. Six short videos will guide you through the entire prayer painting process. This videos include a welcome, a guide to the supply list, an imaginative scripture reading, an introduction to prayer painting, two technique videos. There's also an audio guide to practice a visio divina with your own prayer painting when you're finished.

Contemplative Photography Workshop

Cost: $30

Explore photography as a spiritual practice in this introduction to contemplative photography. Contemplative photography is a way of seeing, photographing and responding to God through images we receive through the lens. This workshop will take a mindful approach to the art of photography where we will focus on the practice rather than technique. No photography experience is necessary, just any type of camera (yes! phone cameras are great for this practice) and a heart open to experiencing prayer in a new way. There will be a time of learning, practice, sharing and reflection.
